A member of the American Psychological Association, the state and local psychological associations NYSPA and PAWNY, and Board Certified in Clinical Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP), and a fellow of the American Academy of Clinical Psychologists, Dr. Treible has taught psychology at D'Youville College, Daemen College, Canisius College, Medaille College, Buffalo State College and the University at Buffalo. In addition to opening his private practice, he has taught training modules and conducted workshops on stress management, conflict management, health and wellness, anxiety disorders, grief and loss, working through life transitions, pain management, intimacy, applied behavioral analysis and team building.
He is a member of the Behavioral Healthcare Network, an organization of experienced clinicians in private practice in Western New York. A consultant to Fortune 500 companies in the workplace, he has assisted in conflict management training, critical incident stress debriefing, bereavement counseling and employee adjustment to company restructuring. He also performs premarital counseling. He can teach the yoga class recommended by Dean Ornish, M.D. in his program for reversing heart disease. Dr. Treible enjoys vigorous physical exercise, cooking, international travel, and wilderness experiences.
